Hey, I had dinner in Red Deer, Alberta last night at a place called East Side Mario's. Kind of a fun place, and probably would have been better if I wasn't so darned pooped. Anyway, they were having a foosball tournament and having a blast. Chandal, my server, was a cutie. She's all of maybe 19? I kept thinking...Rachel (my daughter) could be working here. Or anywhere. Please, God, ANYwhere!
Sorry, I digressed.
Chandal spoke with the manager (who's name now escapes me). She (manager) said she would send me pics of the folks playing foosball since I didn't bring mine along to the restaurant. I haven't gotten them yet though.
Let's hope they didn't forget about me...they were having a great time and I wished I had enough energy to join them...
Maybe this post'll remind them!

Foosball, how fun. You must be so very tired. Stay strong you are doing great. The photos are so great. I keep hearing myself say 'oohh,, wow, awww" Kinda like fireworks. YOU ROCK, little bro!

Awww, thanks! My favorite older sister thinks I rock! I'll tell you what rocks: the people that I've met on this trip. They have all been fantastic - with the exception of the George Costanza wannabe hotel clerk in Cut Bank, Montana. I think his name was Jimmy. He was an ass. One bad apple don't spoil the whole bunch, girl. (You'll be singing Osmonds all night now).
