Countdown - 11 hours!
Finished taping an interview with WANE-TV's Alyssa Ivanson, the weekend anchor for NewsChannel 15. I guess the interview will air tonight at 11 and then again on Saturday morning and possibly Saturday afternoon/evening. When it's on their site, I'll put up a link. I'm a long way from my radio days, but it actually felt very comfortable being on the other side of the interview table.
Even though she's a Ball State grad (Magna Cum Laude, no less), she was still very interested and attentive. (Spoken like a true Western Michigan University Bronco!)
It was a much longer interview than I expected. Maybe I was more interesting than I have been in the few other times I've been interviewed for television (I AM a celebrity, you know! ha!)
Jeff, the videographer/cameraman was pretty fun to work with too. He seemed quite young. Or perhaps I'm just quite old!
In any case, it was an opportunity to talk about the cause (CCFA), the trip and even mentioned getting 'Hyderized' again! My daughter, Rachel, even got to be on television too as they shot background of us sitting on the porch and talking. She's extra cute when she's excited!
How in the world am I going to sleep tonight!?
